BrandBlum makes it super easy to get where you need to go. As you explore, you may see handy options like a “Back” link to go to the previous screen or an Action button (3 verticle dots) to do more cool stuff.

Quick Tip: Stick with BrandBlum’s own buttons and links to keep everything running smoothly.

Here are a few tips to help you get started. And remember—things might look a bit different depending on where you are in BrandBlum and what you can access.

Main Navigation

1. Your Name and Role

In the upper right, you'll see your name and role within BrandBlum

2. BrandBlum logo

Clicking on the logo takes you back to your starting screen (your "Home" page)

 3. Flyout Menu 

The 3-line icon, sometimes called a "hamburger menu," opens a submenu, a flyout menu. More on that in a moment. 

Main Menu

Located on the left side of the screen, this menu gives you access to all the main sections of BrandBlum.

4. Programs button

Navigates to the My Programs page, which shows all available Programs. From there, you can navigate through to see the Program information and then review and submit the Program Tasks. (We'll cover this in a later section)

Admin Page

5. Tabs

This will show the different tabs you can access. While basics will be the same across all of the tabs, the individual functions for each tab may vary slightly. The 3 tabs are:

• Retailers: This is where you can update the name and description of your retailer
• Stores: Use this tab to add new stores, update store information, or to associate users with a store.
• Users: You'll add new users, update user information, deactivate users or associate a user with one or more stores.

We'll cover each of these 3 tabs in more detail later.

6. Search box

Start typing in the search box to find something on a tab. The search only searches within the current tab

7. Mini Refresh button

You can use this to refresh just this tab, instead of refreshing the whole page in your browser.

8. Line Action button / Line item

Click the Line Action button (3 vertical dots) to show additional actions you can perform on that line item. 

Help button (not shown)

If you get stuck using BrandBlum, you can use the Help button in the lower right to contact BrandBlum support. 

The Flyout Menu

You can access the Flyout Menu, the submenu, by clicking on this icon in the Main Menu.

The Flyout Menu contains additional options. The key options are shown below.

1. Close button

Click the Close button ("X") to close the Flyout Menu.

2. User Guide

Click this button to access this User Guide. It will open in a new tab in your browser.

3. My Profile

This area will allow you to change your profile settings, like your name, password, email, or phone.

4. Sign Out Button

You can sign out of BrandBlum by clicking this button.

You'll also see links for Terms and Conditions and Refer a Friend.
